3 Car Shows That Give Back: Sep 26 - Oct 10 (Greenville SC)

This fall, the best reason to roll out isn't a trophy — it's the cause. Three car shows between this Saturday and mid-October are putting toy drives, entry fees, and donations to work: a sheriff's office toy drive in Spartanburg, a fire department's first-ever car show in the Pickens mountains, and a veterans benefit in Roswell. All family-friendly, all worth the drive.

LEO Santa Car Show — Spartanburg, this Saturday

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is holding its first-ever car show this Saturday, September 26, from 9 AM to 2 PM on East Broad Street in downtown Spartanburg. It's a donation drive for the LEO Santa program, which supports kids all year long through its "Reignite Hope" program.

To show your car, bring a new $20 toy. All years, makes, and models are welcome, and with Hub City Corvette Club and Parks Chevrolet Spartanburg behind it, expect a real turnout.

Pumpkintown Fire Department Fall Festival — first-ever car show, Oct 10

On Saturday, October 10, the Pumpkintown Fire Department Fall Festival adds something new: its first-ever car show. The festival runs 9 AM to 4 PM at the Table Rock Wesleyan Camp and Retreat Center (125 Bethany Cove Drive, Sunset/Pickens area), with 100+ craft vendors, food, music, a petting zoo, and face painting.

Admission is free, it's rain or shine, and every food and crafter fee goes straight to the fire department. More than 4,200 people are already interested — get there early.

7th Annual Roswell Motoring Festival — Oct 10, benefiting veterans

Same Saturday, October 10, down in Roswell, Georgia: the 7th Annual Roswell Motoring Festival runs 10 AM to 3 PM at Roswell City Hall. Free to the public, with classic and one-of-a-kind cars, trucks, and motorcycles, vendors, live music, and family activities.

It benefits VetBuds, which puts veterans back in the driver's seat of their own lives — 59 vehicles awarded and nearly $30,000 in student grants since 2021. The first 100 registered cars get a commemorative surprise, so register early.

This is bigger than cars Selfvation exists for one reason: nobody should have to love car culture alone. Every meet, every spotlight, every build we share is pulling toward something real — our own indoor home for this community. A warehouse where the family gathers rain or shine, where kids are welcome, where nobody gets judged for what they drive.
