Terms of Service & Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for misprinted, damaged or defective items. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the problem. Once we verify the issue, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. Please double‑check sizing charts, product details, and your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address are reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost Packages
Selfvation is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. We will assist in filing a claim when necessary.

Liability Waiver
Selfvation Liability Waiver
By participating in any events, activities, or gatherings organized by Selfvation (the “Community”), you agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in automotive events, including but not limited to car meets, cruises, or any related activities, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Damage to personal property (including vehicles).
• Physical injury or harm.
• Environmental risks (weather, road conditions, etc.).
• Risks posed by other participants or bystanders.
I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or unforeseen circumstances.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in events hosted by Selfvation, I agree to release and hold harmless Selfvation, its organizers, members, partners, sponsors, and venue owners/operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in any events.
This release includes, but is not limited to, liability for:
• Personal injury or property damage caused by negligence.
• Accidents involving vehicles or pedestrians.
• Any other risks associated with participating in car-related events.
Participant Responsibilities
I agree to:
1. Follow all local laws, event rules, and regulations.
2. Behave responsibly and respectfully toward other participants, event organizers, and venues.
3. Assume full responsibility for my actions and the safety of my vehicle.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
By participating in Selfvation events or joining the Community, I acknowledge that:
1. I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
2. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participating in Community events.
3. I agree that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
By proceeding to participate, you confirm your agreement to this liability waiver.
