All products displayed on this site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and may discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for all products are subject to change.
4. Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe specified on our site. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping provider. Selfvation is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Selfvation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.
Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Incorrect Address
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment.
4. Lost Packages
Selfvation is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly in the event of a lost package.
5. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review the policy periodically for updates.

By participating in any events, activities, or gatherings organized by Selfvation (the “Community”), you agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in automotive events, including but not limited to car meets, cruises, or any related activities, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Damage to personal property (including vehicles).
• Physical injury or harm.
• Environmental risks (weather, road conditions, etc.).
• Risks posed by other participants or bystanders.
I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or unforeseen circumstances.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in events hosted by Selfvation, I agree to release and hold harmless Selfvation, its organizers, members, partners, sponsors, and venue owners/operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in any events.
This release includes, but is not limited to, liability for:
• Personal injury or property damage caused by negligence.
• Accidents involving vehicles or pedestrians.
• Any other risks associated with participating in car-related events.
Participant Responsibilities
I agree to:
1. Follow all local laws, event rules, and regulations.
2. Behave responsibly and respectfully toward other participants, event organizers, and venues.
3. Assume full responsibility for my actions and the safety of my vehicle.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
By participating in Selfvation events or joining the Community, I acknowledge that:
1. I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
2. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participating in Community events.
3. I agree that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
By proceeding to participate, you confirm your agreement to this liability waiver.
